Coney Hatch is a Canadian hard rock band who released three albums in the 1980s and released their fourth album Four in 2013. Based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the band consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Carl Dixon, vocalist and bassist Andy Curran, guitarist Steve Shelski and drummer Dave 'Thumper' Ketchum.

Their first album, “Coney Hatch”, recorded in Oshawa and produced by Kim Mitchell, went on to be gold certified. Hit’s like Hey Operator, Devils Deck, Monkey Bars, don’t Say Make Me and To Feel The Feeling Again have cemented their place in Canadian rock.

Extensive touring over the years, including 27+ shows supporting Judas Priest, 40+ shows supporting Iron Maiden, Coney Hatch has brought their high energy rock to fans around the world.

2008 saw Carl Dixon (Lead Singer/Guitar) miraculously survive a serious car accident in Australia. After many surgeries, titanium implants and loss of an eye, he made his way back to the stage and is still going strong today.

With the departure of original guitarist, Steve Shelski, and the arrival of Sean Kelly (Lee Arron, Nelly Furtado), Coney Hatch is back and stronger than ever. In their only southern Ontario date this fall, bring their show to FLATO Academy Theater in Lindsay on Friday, November 29th w. special guest Rock Steady – Canada’s Bad Company Tribute as support.
