Ticket Policies

REFUNDS / RETURNS / EXCHANGES

There are no refunds, returns or exchanges on the purchase of tickets unless the performance is cancelled. Because of policies established by our clients, we will not issue a refund or exchange a ticket after it has been purchased.

Each person attending an event must produce a valid event ticket.

All patrons require a ticket regardless of age.

Latecomers cannot be admitted until a suitable break during the performance. Management does not accept responsibility for the inconvenience and can make no adjustment on account of it.

PRIVACY POLICY

The personal information collected herein is done so in keeping with the regulations of the Ontario Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The information collected is for the use of the Academy Theatre and its rental clients for the purposes of ticketing, marketing and promotion. The Academy Theatre does not, nor will it sell, trade or disseminate in any way information collected through this website.
