GENERAL MANAGER

Role Summary: Reporting to the Board of Directors, the GM assumes the senior administrative role in the overall management of the organization. The GM will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, supervising, and controlling all operational and administrative activities at The FLATO Academy Theatre, Lindsay Ontario. This includes direct responsibility for strategic plan implementation, day-to-day management of the Theatre, human resource planning and management, financial planning and management, business development and promotion, and risk management including its physical and human assets and its value to the community.
